Fair, friendly, and honest. I called ahead to reserve a sod cutter for rental. The person who took my reservation was professional and friendly. I had a choice of renting for 4 hours or a full day. I didn’t know how long my job would take, so I chose the full day. I arrived the morning and picked up the sod cutter. They helped me get it into my pickup. My job was done and I returned it within 4 hours. I went in to the office to ask if I could be refunded the difference, but before I could speak, the man at the register saw me come in and was already processing my refund in the computer, without me asking. My pickup had a full load, so I squeezed the cutter into my wife’s Kia Soul to return it. I got there and two guys came over to help me unload it - it was a tight fit and they did a great job getting it out with no damage to my car. I was happy and impressed with their honesty, hard work, and friendliness, and I will definitely be renting from them again. Thank you!

Needed a furniture dolly. He recommended a motorized one that walks up and down the stairs for you. This made moving the heavy items much easier. They know their products, and help match you with the best tools to complete your project 👍

Great place to rent from, easy and quick process, the team understands working men can't just stand around all day. They were fast professional and knowledgeable. I didn't have time to look at the guns but I'm confident in saying if it's anything like the renal then it took would be top notch.
