"I rented a dump trailer with a skidloader/grapple for taking up tree roots. Rented the machine over the weekend and ended up raining. Got some things done but not even close for what I needed it for so I ended up taking it back. Couldn't use it. I was upset with myself, at them but after I read reviews and the response from the person in charge= "Shoulda got ahold of me" was the response. I calmed down and I explained the situation and Hey they were more than fair and understanding. My hat goes off to everyone that works their and I thank them for their services!!!!!!
